Our small-batch, superior quality line of condiments is proudly estate grown in Monte San Savino, Tuscany.
Agricola Maraviglia is a family-owned farm in Tuscany producing organic early harvest extra virgin olive oil and small-batch fermented condiments grown on our estate.
Everything we produce begins in our soil.
Recognized by Slow Food for our award-winning olive oil, Agricola Maraviglia began with the restoration of abandoned olive groves in the hills of Tuscany.
Today our work continues through regenerative agriculture and thoughtful crop rotation designed to rebuild soil health. From olives to heirloom grains, everything we produce is grown and crafted on our estate.
Organic Early Harvest Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Our single-estate organic early harvest extra virgin olive oil grown in Tuscany expresses the vitality of the harvest and the character of our land. Our organic extra virgin olive oil is harvested early, cold extracted within hours, and naturally rich in polyphenols.
On the nose: fresh-cut grass and artichoke. On the palate: green almond, vibrant bitterness and a clean peppery finish. This is the character of organic early harvest extra virgin olive oil grown in Tuscany — vibrant, complex and alive.
Estate-grown Miso, Tamari & Shoyu
Our fermented condiments begin with heirloom Tuscan chickpeas and organic pearl barley cultivated on our estate.
Among them is the historic Cece Fiorentino, a rare chickpea variety dating back to the Florentine Renaissance. Through slow fermentation these ingredients become deeply savory artisanal miso, tamari and shoyu.
No industrial shortcuts.
No preservatives.
Just whole ingredients, salt and time.
