The Light Inside Retreat

* All practices are open to all levels from true beginners to more advanced yogis. Every class is trauma-informed and made for ALL bodies and beings.

COVID-19 | Yoga & Safety:The yoga practices will take place in an outdoor covered yoga shala which is sunlit, easily sanitized & open air. Each guest will be provided with a yoga mat, strap, blocks, bolster and a blanket which they will keep for the duration of the retreat. Eco-friendly cleaning products will be provided to clean your mat and blocks as needed. The shala will be cleaned before each practice.
